Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) has been around for a number of years, however it has received much more exposure since the Ortners began the online World Tapping Summit, which is a free online summit that takes place every year in February.
I am a fan of Tapping and do my best to tap daily, each morning, to set the tone for the day. Depending on what is going on for me at the time, I either focus on my written tapping goals or I deal with issues as they arise. I review and modify my goals monthly and assess the progress that I have made.
